The Hanyuan Fruit Circulation Development

The circulation of agricultural products community is the most basic component of the circulation of whole society's commodities,in certain extent,the circulation of whole society's commodities is affected,by the circulation of agricultural products.The circulation of agricultural products is important for the achievement of agricultural products' value and use value,and whether it is smoothly or not directly impacts on the timing and level of achieving agricultural products' the value and use value,herefore,not only including directly on the next agricultural cycle of production,but also directly on the supplying of the necessities of life for urban residents.This paper trys to analyse and research,the situation of development of the Hanyuan county's fruit industry Han Yuan county's fruit circulation system,the main participant of the Han Yuan county's fruit'flow,and the circulation areas's performance,reveals its existing issue in the circulation,and learns the experience of flow from the advanced countries and areas,then,put forward the corresponding measures purposeful,finally afford the solutions on decision-making for promoting the development of the Hanyuan county's high-quality fruit industry.This research main includes:the summarization on the Hanyuan county's fruit industry;the introduction the fruit-circulation system and the main participant of fruit'flow;the analyse on performance of the Hanyuan county's fruit-flow; analysing the cause of the existing issue which is found in the Hanyuan county's fruit-flow;learning the experience of the circulation of agricultural products from the advanced countries and areas;putting forward the solutions on improving the flow of the Han Yuan county's fruit.Aiming at existing issue in the circulation of the Han Yuan county's fruit,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, including:strengthening infrastructure's construction to promote the flow of fruit; giving the full play to the role of the farmers' economic organizations;increasing the overall quality of the main participant of fruit' flow to convert their ideas and concepts;developing the fruit processing enterprises and improving the capacity of fruit deep processing to drive the fruit's circulation;strengthening the service functions of government departments.
