The crux of competition in knowledge economy Era is personnel;Enterprises face challenges from different quarters during the process of acquiring superiority in competition.To a certain extent,whether an enterprise has the ability to deal with these challenges depends on human resources management. And to set up a competitive and encouraging salary? benefits system is an effective way to stimulate the staff in a company.On the basis on modern salary ? benefits system principles,the thesis develops a brand? new system,which is supposed to conform to the ongoing trend,by integrated means of theoretical analysis and practical analysis,qualitive analysis and quantitative analysis.First,the thesis imestigates and analyzes present conditions and existing problems regarding salary? benefits of M Company and 4 other companies in the same field in this area Then,it sums up deficiencies of the current system.At last,by revaluating and analyzing all the positions in the company,it puts forward that the new system is made up of position salary,achievement salary,capability salary and benefits.In details,position salary is determined by one' s contributions to the company, and it reflects the structure of staff objectively;achievement salary is meant to quantize the assessment targets and strengthen team awareness and cooperation spirit;capability salary is to stimulate individualities of the staff;benefits stresses the relationship between rewards from organizations and personal necessity,which comes from theory of expectation.To achieve the result that benefits is more efficient than high salary.All in all,the new system principally brings about an organic combination of positions,capabilities and value creation.There is no best model but the most suitable one.In order to assure a scientific, effective enforcement and elaborate its due encouraging effect,the thesis evaluates system and provides granted measures.Its target is not only to provide motive power but also to control human resources cost,regulate staff behavior, and promote enterprises culture.With the continuous clang of market environment and fast development of the company itself,it will attract and keep persons of talent,build a good image of itself and raise its core competitiveness.
