Chengdu Building A Regional Capital Market Research

Under China's strategy of constructing multi-level capital markets and under the background of West Development Campaign and Chengdu was approved as experimental district as synthetic reform, this thesis reviews the literature on concept of multi-level capital market and related theory, recall the history of developing process about multi-level capital market in our country,put forward a concrete scheme of constructing district capital market in Chengdu city, finally makes a SWOT analysis about it.Multi-level capital market is internal needs of society and economics when they developed into a certain stage. From perspective of national experience, mature multi-level capital market concludes not only exchange but also OTC market and other forms, all levels of multi-level capital markets depend each other and connect each other. High efficient operating and scientific design can optimize trading, pricing, financing and investing, facilitate savings transforming into investing, advances national economy's sustainable development.Theories about multi-level capital market conclude: (1)matching financier and investor; (2)evolution under informational asymmetry; (3)behavioral finance; (4)systematic theory.After dozens of year's development, capital market in our country has taken shape, which play a great role in reforming of state owned enterprise, reforming of system of financing and investing, pushing quick development of economy. However, compared with the whole economy, our capital market is not developed, whose problems conclude not only scale problem, but also conclude single financial product, lacking multi levels. Now multi-capital market has become strategic object and being implemented. After Chengdu was approved as experimental district as synthetic reform, Chengdu is ambitious to building itself as capital market center.This thesis puts forward a concrete scheme about organization, trading system, regulating, etc. Finally, this thesis makes SWOT analysis about Chengdu's building itself as capital market center. Its strength includes thick investment culture and large investor group, unlisted stocks trading frequently, great support by the provincial and municipal government and strong economic foundation; Its weaks include not enough developed economy compared developed regions, far away from financial center, shortage of financial talents, people's prejudice about chengdu as financial center. Its opportunity includes advantage policy of West Development Campaign and Chengdu was approved as experimental district as synthetic reform; Its threats includes competing from Chongqing city.
