Governance Effect Of Debt Financing Of Listed Companies In China

With the constant development of our security market, the listed companies play the vital role in our economic life. The discussion about the appraisal method in achievement of listed company and the influence factor of the achievement become more and more fierce. Based on the western theories of capital structure, this dissertation combines the research methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. With the method of statistic, this dissertation investigates the listed company to find the dependence between the capital structure and the business performance.The whole thesis consists of five parts: (1) Introduction. this part mainly includes the purpose,meaning and what an important role does the capital structure play in development of enterprise.(2) Summarization of relevant theories and the achievement of demonstrable investigation about the capital structure at home. This part mainly introduces the different stages about the capital structure theory, which are listed as: traditional capital structure; modern capital structure; new capital structure. This part also introduces the concept of the effect of capital structure and displays some achievement of demonstrable investigation about capital structure at home. (3) The features of capital structure about present listed company. According to some relative information, this part introduces the actuality and the feature about the listed company. (4) The function of debt financing in corporation governance. (5) Date analysis. This part introduces the method of statistic, and with the method we analyze the data and explain the situation of the capital structure of the company. (6) Inspiration and Suggestion. With the analysis, this part will analyze the effect between capital structure and firm performance. In addition, this part brings out some suggestion and strategy combining actual situation of our market. (7) Conclusion.
