Jinhua Of The Urban System Development Status And Countermeasures

The analysis of urban system is required to facilitate cities and regions develop together. Jinhua area is located in the middle of Zhejiang province, the southern edge of "trigonal area around Changjiang River", but it's an important state level traffic center. It appears to be very important to analyze the urban system of Jinhua roundly and scientificly under this new situation of the globalization of information and economy. This paper based on researches of previous scholars, proceeding with interrelated concepts of the urban system, gathering and analyzing interrelated literatures and information, discussing on existent problems, aiming for some policy suggestions on optimizing the urban system of Jinhua.In order to offer reference from two aspects of historical rules and realistic bases to optimize the urban system of Jinhua, this paper firstly analyzed basic terms of the urban system of Jinhua from following three aspects: first, analyzed the evolvement process of the urban system of Jinhua; the paper divided the whole historical process into five periods, expatiated basic characteristics of every period respectively, and then summarized the rules; second, generalized realistic bases of the urban system of Jinhua from three aspects of location, natural resource and situation of society and economy; third, figured out the major cities in Jinhua by creating a judging index system and using the principal component analysis, and the results turned out to be Yiwu no.1, Jinhua city no.2.Then the paper makes a demonstration analysis on the actual features of the urban system of Jinhua: through using the method of the law of the primate city and the fractal, we got the conclusions that the index turned out to be a little lower, there are too many middle and small size towns and no central city with both political and economic qualities, the hierarchical structure of the urban system of Jinhua is unreasonable; through calculating the indexes of location and specialization of industry, we got the conclusions that leading cities have obvious advantage of outstanding industries, but the primary industries of most small-size towns are the same and low-level. Combined with the traffic and terrain conditions, the paper concludes the spatial structure characteristics, three dense cities areas are divided by using gravitation pattern to calculate the numerical value that how big Jinhua city and Yiwu attract the rest leading cities; it defines the problems of the spatial structure of the urban system in Jinhua area that the location of cities and towns are uneven, the disparities of developmental level in each area are too much bigger and the inner spatial structure is not very good. In the end, the paper promotes the optimizing suggestions.
