As time passes, the reproducible mining resources decreases gradully, the economic development requires more energy resource supplies. That in turn demands our mining admininstrative departments to provide and s earch for more reproducible mining resources. While the country increases mining exploration and investment, the continuable development management of a mining exploration enterprise become a core problem to be solved for a mining coroporation.Based on enterprise strategic management and financial management theory, this article analyzes the current research status of domestic and foreign experts, present my own proposal. It uses PEST analysis to comprehend macroscopic environment, and uses SWOT analysis to summarize the benefits and disadvantages, opportunities and threats facing Guzhou Mining Resources Development Corporation(GMRDC). Borrowing the Boston strategic matrix, take into account continuable growth rate and EVA analysis evaluation, develop a financial stategic analysis framework for GMRDC, analyses based on real examples to promote its steady financial growth, and make constructive suggestions for the company's financial management, and propose actions to guarantee execution of this system. The following conclusions are based on real examples:1. Propose that GMRDC should consider unification of growth and value creation at the same time. Actively engage new technology based exploration. Increase added value of mining products;2. Employ a strategy to lower the cose, lower enterprise depreciation and save cash;3. Take measures to raise capital with effecient capital raising and relatively small risks. The raised capital is to be used for company's development, especially in those business units with better growth potential.4. Increase competativeness. In 2007 GMRDC has a increased economic growth rate and value creation, but competativeness decreased. According to the financial strategic matrix analysis, the company should emphasize growth, to reduce pressure from cash shortage.
