| China has been the World Factory to provide cheap low-end goods for over 20 years due to its low labor cost. But this growth pattern is facing challenge today not owning to the worldwide depression caused by inferior debts crisis but also the pressure from energy consummation and environment protection issues. Now China government highly advocates individuals and enterprises to enter high value-added and environment-friend industries promising some beneficial policies. Therefore, more and more start-ups emerged in Hi-tech industry.That whether a start-up can survive, develop and grow bigger depends highly on promptly solving some core events abbreviated as strategy decision, investment policies and financing management. Only with right strategic direction can a start-up survive. Only with right investing and financing planning can the surviving startup operate efficiently and grow bigger. Some indicators such as NVP,IRR,ROI etc. are used to judge flexibility, select right investment plan and financing plan. Also the risk factor and measures are discussed.In this paper, EutroVision System, Inc. will be used as the real example to illustrate a start-up how to properly evaluate its investment plan and how to choose a proper financing channel based on the theories of Property, Corporation Finance, Merger & Acquisition, Venture Capital and Corporation Valuation etc. We believe this paper can provide reference for other start-ups when facing the same questions. |
