Government Investment In Information Technology Project Management And Optimization

In recent years, with the everaccelerated updating of information constructions, not only people have been more and more relying on information technology, but governments at all levels have paid more attention to information constructions as well, meanwhile the annual investment of this field is increased highly, the effect of information in all the walks of the fields can not be underestimated. In such a situation, how to take more effective measures to reinforce information based on constructions and management, which can be achieved 'utilization, efficiency and performace', reflect the reasonable assessment about the investment and the achievement of the government.The thesis take advantage of the case about how to manage the invested information item of the government by Shanghai Public Security Bureau , Bao Shan Branch , through the investigation on the spot, moreover in the point of the view on item management and supervised by the government , comparing with the advanced oversea experience on it, analyzing the issues exsited at present, then recommend the related strategics in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the gonverment investment items. The thesis provide some methods to enhance and exchange the original ones. On the one hand, enhance the management of the information items' procedures which concludes paying attention to the investigation, improving the scientialization of the item, accomplishing the regulations, improving and reinforcing the manage progress and the effiency . On the other hand, develop the system of its supervision which includes but no limited to increasing the training of that which aimed to promote the executivity of techniques ,for which possessing the realization of supervising information items and accesssing the achievement of information with scientific awareness.
