Evaluation Study Of Chinese Enterprises' Profit Level From International Collaborative Innovation

As the fast pace of globalize economy and the lasting improvement of technology complexity, companies need to create unceasingly in order to meet the command of competition in the marketing condition. Meanwhile, the trend of People's consumption value towards individualization and diversification is making the life cycle of industry and commodity shorter, the ratio of R&D in the Product higher, the competition more Internationalized and drastic, the producing and managing environment of the companies change fundamentally, the strategy of individual company omnipotence competition encounter serious challenge. Thereby, companies are further seeking for technologies which focus the researching way on exterior rather than interior-setting up the pattern of cooperation and creation among companies. Especially, the international cooperation and creation with overseas companies will gain more obvious advantages of creation.On the basis of the international cooperation and creation theory, the text researches the estimation of the profit level about the international cooperation and creation for Chinese companies. Firstly, it makes clear the connotation and extension of the international cooperation and creation among international companies, and gives the core meaning of the international cooperation and creation—the estimation of profit, by the analysis of intention, the organizing way and the character. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing of the profit of the cooperation and creation, it gives the definition of the satisfaction degree of the profit, which was applied as the estimation standard of the profit level in the research. Thirdly, it filtrates all the indexes of Chinese international cooperation and creation by the way of analyzing a few samples, makes them into different groups in reasonable way, and builds up the system of estimating index of profit. Lastly, on the basis of the theory of stratification analysis, the text estimates the general profit level of the international cooperation and creation, and elicits the same conclusion.
