Transformation Of Private Enterprises In The Internal Control Number Of Issues Discussed

Private economy is an important part of market economy. The survival and development of private enterprise is directly related to national economic growth, market prosperity and people's living standards. In an increasingly competitive market, to strengthen the internal control is the most basic work of private enterprise. It is also able to assure its survival and development. So, research on the internal control of private enterprise in transition period has theoretical and practical significance. This paper uses Xuzhou Huaye Steel Co.,LTD as example to study this problem.This paper firstly reviews the study of internal control, and introduces the basic theory of internal control, including the connotation of internal control, the features and functions of internal control, the objectives, principles and methods of internal controls, as well as the basic design ideas. On this basis, it analyses status of internal control of Xuzhou Huaye Steel Co.,LTD, pointing out its problems. Then make clear the design ideas, it design the internal control system for Xuzhou China Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. To currency, it primarily designs the control of cash income, bank account, cash outflow and other key points. To procurement and payment, it primarily designs the control of procurement, payment and inventory. To sales and receivables, it primarily designs the duty separation system, business process control, financial control and other control points. To production management, it primarily designs the responsibility system, pre-production cost control, and production process control. This paper also suggests some supporting measures, such as updating the concept of control, strengthening the internal audit and so on. Finally, it carries a brief summary and outlook.
