Nowadays, economy of every country in the world has joined together to a whole which depends on each other and operates together. Then, the managing strategy of enterprises are under an evolvement from technique guided to customer guided, and finally to time guided. Also, CRT color TV industry was involved in this process. In the fierce global market competition, every company in the node of the CRT color TV supply chain was forced to face a rapid changing and unpredictable buyer's market. Besides, consumer demand became more and more personalized and diversification. Furthermore, with the updating of the color TV display technology, most of the time, faster and faster product researching and developing speed made the companies in the chain hard to deal with so much incident changes. When faced the great change in market and technology, indeterminacy in the color TV market and technology forced response of the traditional producing and managing mode seem more and more slow and passive.The paper analyzed main problems in the research of strategy flexibility and supply chain flexibility, and then joined two researches together to discuss how to evaluate and design flexible strategy for the node companies in the supply chain environment. Firstly, features and problems in the CRT color TV supply chain were analyzed. Secondly, considering under the CRT color TV supply chain environment, strategy flexibility of the node companies was divided into flexible market sub-system, flexible logistics sub-systems, flexible information sub-system, flexible research and development sub-systems, flexible resource sub-system, flexible manufacturing sub-systems, flexible decision-making sub-system, flexible organization subsystem, and then did the system flexibility design respectively. Thirdly, combining all the evaluating principles for the corporate flexible strategy which was under researched, the flexible strategy design of node companies in the CRT color TV supply chain was analyzed. With the AHP layer analysis technique, flexibility evaluating system of the CRT color TV supply chain companies was analyzed and evaluated. The results of the paper can be a further guidance to color TV industry, as well as the flexibility design of other similar enterprises which has rapid developing technology.
