This disseration takes QiMing Information Technology Co., Ltd as its object of study. By the model of "people-oriented" dynamic career management, the research aim to enhance professional software engineers'satisfaction, detain the key employees, and at the same time improve the core competitive competence.With the reference of the relevant domestic and foreign researches of occupational career management, matured scale of career management with good reliability and validity was employed to diagnose on the career management of software engineers in QM Company.According to analysis of survey with 30 respondents,the author designed further interviewing content and conducted interview with other 30 interviewees. Then a new career management system was design for QM Company based on in-depth interviews, the engineers' self-awareness, career planning and management status of domestic IT companies, the characteristics of professional IT industry. The new designed system also considered the R & D engineers'characteristics that they were not clear in the pursuit of career advancement but emphasis on the professional development, and the upper limit of individual skill development and full use of professional experience.This dissertation focused on career management, with survey and interview, helped to learn the psychological characteristics of IT staff, developed a new model of career management for QM Company, which combined line promotion, professional certification and spiral Kneader ways and means of promotion togethter. On the one hand, it will help to support the staff in the personal challenges of professional direction, who will gain the materialistic returns, at the same time serve enterprise better, do the job well in the professional fields, be promoted, at the same time to maximize the value of the individual. On the other hand, when the career development deviates from the goal of personal development and promotion is blocked, it can provide another career track sequence in the organization of career development system, enter the new round of career development route, and achieve to make the best use of the talent.
