Marketing is one of the key elements of organization activities. It's a critical link between a company with its clients. As the market competition is getting more and more intense, how to enhance the effectiveness of marketing has become a very important issue pertaining the existence and development of a company.Based on the achievements and lessons gained in the marketing practice in Jin Zheng co, ltd in recent years, this essay starts with analysing the industry that Jin Zheng is in– securities, from external environment, development status and competition situation, to the customers'common properties, requirements on softwares, suppliers competition pattern, and characteristics of customer relationship marketing. With the SWOT matrix analysis it concludes that customer relationship marketing is the key strategy of Jin Zheng and setting up a high customer loyalty is the solid base for them to be able to develop steadily in the financial industry.The last part of the essay proposes specific tactics and measures to further increase the effectiveness of customer relationship marketing to strengthen the weakness revealed in the marketing activities in Jin Zheng so far.
