With the development of information age, the online shopping is becoming more and more popular, which brings great changes for people's daily lives bring, and impacts the operation mode of enterprises. Products in many industries have already started an online business. Meanwhile, in the fashion apparel industry, since the requirement and standardization of products cannot be easily perceived, the supply chain is too much lengthy under the traditional business model, which results in that consumers bear a higher price, also restricts the development of these enterprises. The fast-fashion apparel, represented by ZARA, has been gaining a great success by optimize the supply chain system and operation management. However, the fast-fashion apparel's business model has merely difference with traditional fashion apparel's. And, this makes it very difficult to improve the supply chain system further more.In this disquisition, we have carded the growth and development of the fast-fashion apparel industry and put the development of e-commerce market in recent years into analysis. Furthermore, we explore the feasibility of online B2C business in the fast-fashion apparel industry and put forward a B2C business model of it with the model analyzed from strategic-level and demonstrated from operational-level. We also explored the advantages of the model and demonstrated the corporation strategy from the perspective of customer value. Finally, we give out an example to the model application of enterprise X, including the market test of the B2C business model in fast-fashion apparel industry proposed here, the business processes change based on the company, the strategic planning of the company's future development, as well as the risk control, and so on.
