As a new model in Chinese rural financial organizations, Jiangsu Rural Commercial Bank has made tremendous achievements and promoted the development of the rural economy since it was established. However, with the accelerated pace of financial globalization and the opening of various financial markets, the competition of rural financial markets will be getting more and more intense, so how to improve the competitiveness of Jiangsu Rural Commercial Bank to cope with fierce financial competition has become an urgent problem to be resolved. Therefore, it is very significant to research the evaluation system of the competitiveness of Jiangsu Rural Commercial Bank.First, the historical studies of competitiveness evaluation system have been reviewed and summarized form the theoretical points, while the competitive advantage of American Community Bank and the major factors which may influence the competitiveness of Jiangsu Rural Commercial Bank have been analyzed, its problems include the structure of property rights, personnel quality, risk monitoring, etc. Then we use the method of AHP to establish the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of Jiangsu Rural Commercial Bank.In the empirical research, we use the methods of the straight line of fuzzy dimensionless, fuzzy membership assignment and the linear model of comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the competitiveness of three Jiangsu Rural Commercial Banks comprehensively. We find that: the three Rural Commercial Banks have existed some problems, such as weak ability to innovate, weak profitability, lake of talent, low level of technology, etc.At last, we point out some specific proposals to promote the competitiveness of Jiangsu Rural Commercial Bank.
