Development of corporate bonds market is the important component that capital market development,vigorously developing the corporate bond market,not only can adjust the structure and mode of corporate financing,but also further perfect capital market structure.At present,in China,the fact that development of the corporate bond market has lagged far behind the stock market and the bond market,not only has seriously hampered the further development of capital market,but also is not conducive to capital market playing an effective role in supporting the national economy.In the paper,using the method of combing the normative research and empirical research,and combing the macro-analysis and micro-research,first,we explain the theory about the development of corporate bond market,and then analyze current status about its development.Studies have shown that in the course of economic development a country or region must vigorously develop the corporate bond market.And in the paper,by comparing the current status about the development of corporate bond market,stock market,bond market and bank loan market,we deeply analyze the current situation about the lagged development of corporate bond market,namely China's corporate market being far from enough to meet the requirements of national economy development. Second,this paper analyzes the reason of the lagged development of China's corporate market from four aspects,namely the development model of stock market,the corporate financing,the shortcomings of bond market and financial ecology.At last,by using the development experience of the Korea,this paper proposes solutions for the development of bond market from different aspects.
