Xxx Lcdtv Development Of Research Projects

The dissertation provide empirical study on IPD(Integrated Product Development) of LCD TV development project management in XXX Company. Under market stress, XXX Company decided to reform its product development system with low efficiency so that new IPD system can be loaded. IPD is a methodology with a special view angle of investment to develop product and cross-department management organization to push every department related with product development, which also put emphasis on organization structure management for related department to collaborate new product development. IPD is created and developed by IBM Company. Now, IPD is witnessed successfully and accepted by most famous company in product development field. IPD is also widely accepted as very well method of product developmentThis paper do research on performance of LCD TV product development project management under IPD theory and process in XXX Company, and draw some conclusion of know-how to apply IPD in a real company with certain circumstance and culture. After analysis ,the dissertation also give some active action to the problem found in the process of IPD application and draw some conclusion so that it can establish one sample for other product development project management in same company. This paper also track the latest development and core evolvement of IPD application in dynamic environment so that it can establish one golden sample and method for product development project management with first class level.This paper also discusses international RD project management, virtual organization establishment and management, Intelligence management in XXX Company.
