Government Resettlement Housing Project Management

With the advance and development of industrialization and urbanization,it is unavoidable to expropriate farmers lands in order to guarantee the land demands of industrialization and urbanization. How to compensate of land expropriation is a problem currently.This thesis is under the guideline of relative management theories,combining with the project management research results of home and abroad as well as the author 's rich working experience. It makes a system analysis on every stage of the whole developing process of the supporting commodity house. This thesis also focuses on the problem of how to enhance the managing level of the general contractors and discuses the management problems during the constructing process,such as term management,design management,cost control,project quality and project management innovation. The studies of this thesis will play a positive role in improving the quality and level of the supporting commodity house project management in our Country.
