Performance management is continuous activities in which communication between superiors and their subordinates,feedback,guidance and support to the ongoing activities in consensus on the objectives and goals.Which is the manager and staff in how to achieve the goals and objectives to reach a consensus on the process,as well as to enhance the success of staff to achieve the objectives of the management and promotion of staff to achieve excellent performance management process.Performance management is the core of human resources management,Enterprise performance management through the strategic objectives can break down into various business units,and break down to everyone to ensure that everyone's efforts towards corporate strategic goals.Performance management are intended to enhance the capacity of staff and quality improvement and enhancement of the level of corporate performance.China's communications industry is faced with domestic and international industrial competition.Performance management of the first-level branch company to enhance their competitiveness is an important tool,is of great realistic significance.In this paper,the performance management concepts and theories to explore business performance management framework and procedures,as the back of China Mobile Communication Mobile Group of P branch performance management system, an important theoretical basis.P and specific Mobile analysis of the performance management system.On this basis,for mobile P's performance management system in the implementation of the existing problems,from the performance plans,performance process control,performance evaluation,performance counseling in four areas of communication system and put forward measures to improve the views.
