Research, Development Status Of China's Private Equity Fund And The Normative And Regulatory Issues

Private placement fund was mainly born in China in the 1990s.Although it has formed a certain scale because of its rapid development,private placement fund always operates and develops underground or half-underground,due to the lack of legal status and policy support.Along with the development in capital market and in-depth reforms, the legalization of private placement fund has been strongly demanded.As the spontaneously formed product of capital market in China,it's the inevitability of its legalization.The legal and standard development of private placement fund can reduce transaction costs,prevent from financial risks,and promote the development of capital market and national economy.Therefore,based on the condition of our country and combined with current practical experience,we should draw lessons from foreign successful experience of private placement fund,study the background and condition of private placement fund in China further,analyze the problems in the process of private placement fund development systematically.Based on former scholars' theoretical results,this essay does an extensive and in-depth research on the developing process, reasons,and current problems.Learning from the experience of private placement fund in foreign countries,the study brings in that the way of solving problems lies in construction of regulation,strict supervision,reasonable guide and self-improvement.
