Recent years,the financial industry of our country is in a critical transitional period during which both large state-owned commercial banks and medium-sized local banks are adapting to joint-stock systems structure.How to deal with the fierce competition in the banking industry under the banking system restructuring is a problem we must face. According to the characteristics,the current status and development trend of Chinese financial market,it is of great importance for the commercial banks to continually provide advanced financial service products and to build up high-tech information management system so as to enhance the competitiveness of that very commercial bank among its competitors.The thesis takes the "corporate banking intermediary business system" for example,and starts with the system analysis,building process and design patterns.And then it goes into detailed conceptions and methods.First of all,the system project background and research purposes are introduced for the overall conception of the paper.After that the current status of domestic corporate banking intermediary business system is discussed for analyzing the feasibility and necessity of building the system.It is followed by the design process which has been demonstrated from various perspectives ranging from the business requirements,functional requirements,performance requirements,to the system architecture design.Finally,the paper describes the specific contents of the system construction from the background design,the database design,the interface design to the security design.Meanwhile, it summarizes both the economic and social benefits and the lessons learned from the system project.
