Collective Study Of The Impact Studies, The Cluster Competitive Advantage

Under the situation of economic globalization and integration,industrial clusters attract more and more researchers' attention from all over the world,for their significant effects in promoting regional economic growth.Industrial clusters can bring us with competitive advantage,but they may also go negative.This paper concludes that collective study is one of the most important reasons.But we must also caution about the negative effects of the collective study.By clearing about the relationship of the collective study and the competitive advantage of firms in cluster,this paper discusses the mechanism of the collective study effecting on the firm in cluster.Some conclusions can be achieved as follows:The paper proposes the mechanism of the collective study effecting on the firm in cluster.Strategic resource factors and shared resource rigidity factors are decomposed to a variety of different types of specific elements.The collective study acts on the competitive advantage through these different elements of competitive advantage for the cluster enterprises.The correlation between the collective study and the competitive advantage of firms in cluster is not always directly significant.The mechanism of the collective study acting on the competitive advantages of the firm in the cluster is complicated. The effects can be reified to different kinds of paths.The collective study directly and positively acts on the strategic resource factors, and then acts indirectly and negatively on the competitive advantage through the path of the strategic resource factors.On the mean while,the collective study acts positively and directly on the rigidity of the shared resource,also acts indirectly and negatively on the competitive advantage.This paper tries to testify the mechanism of collective study of industrial clusters,share resources and strategic resources rigidity elements of the cluster affect the competitive advantage with an empirical study.At last,this paper indicates some new advisements begotten by the mechanism which found by this study to the practice of surmounting the rigidity of shared resources,avoiding the risk of firms in the cluster,and finally enhancing the whole competitiveness of industrial clusters.
