Nowadays, international political economy has been integrated together tightly with the surging of economic globalization. All of the production factors like resources, capitals and technologies are re-allocating and restructuring in an unparalleled scale word widely. While Globalization provides more precious opportunities for people participating in the international economic and social development in every corner of the world, it also brought various negative influences, such as: pressure, poor salary, unemployment, etc. People throughout the world especially those traditionally vulnerable groups like women and children become victims of those impacts. As the pioneer of economic globalization, MNCs are playing a more and more vital role in world economy. They reach their hands to the whole world by expanding and merging during their pursuit of profit. They leave endlessly numerous problems to developing or less developed countries which may cause hundreds years efforts to deal with. Women in developing countries have to assume inappropriate duties during this process especially. My paper is mainly concentrate on the research of those women who work in MNCs, especially those MNCs in newly-emerged industries like financial services, consulting; FMCGs. Thorough surveys are conducted cautiously both within and between different industries to disclose the cruel reality covered by hypocrisy veils. I deeply hope those invisible sweatshop characters of capital-intensive industries would attract more attention and wake those who are cheated by the white-collar office lady illusion.Countless drawbacks of the current models and systems for women development all appeal for more universal and practical theories and models are truly designed according to women's needs and desires in a globalized world.
