This paper examines the internal and external factors which influence the operating results of listed company, based on the western research results. Taking 50 IPOs during 2004-2005 as a sample, the study adopts the pair-sample T-test in SPSS. The results of the pair-sample T-test of Logistic support the hypothesis of the distinctive of Industry attributes and broker reputation. Also, it denies the hypothesis of Earnings per share and the degree of concentration of shares.The research shows that the industry attributes of IPO are diverse, neither does the latter effectiveness. The year before IPO the growth rate of manufacturing is highest, but later it began to decline. If people choose the broker with high reputation, the declining degree of this company's operating results is less after IPO and the surplus adjustment is less before IPO. At last, according to the specific details of XX Joint-stock Companies, we predict the changes of operating results and make the suggestions and advices...
