Wenzhou To Build The Subject Of Recycling Economy And Countermeasures

Recycling economy is a new concept of development of the 21st century, the result of reflect on the mode of traditional economic development of human being, and also the concrete embodiment of the concept of sustainable development. To develop recycling economy is a significant strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee with the State Council, on the overall situation of China's comprehensive construction of a well-off society and implementing the scientific concept of development. Through layer-by-layer and systemetic analysis, we can select a recycling economy mode appropriate for Wenzhou, specify the direction of recycling economy development for the next step, and also make recommendations on the fiscal and taxation policy.
