With the rapid development of mobile communications and the increasing market competition, the quality of the mobile network has become a key factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, the reorganization of the telecommunications market in China has completed. And the whole pattern of business competition has becoming true after 3G license issued to mobile operators. All exacerbated the domestic mobile communications market competition. All mobile operators should pay more attention to their own quality of network service and customer satisfaction.In this paper, our research is base on the actual development of Shanghai Mobile. The paper mainly applied the advanced theory of customer perception, and analyzed the impact of customer perception. Then this paper based on this research and set up a customer-oriented perception of the mobile communication network quality assessment system. And it set up a model of relevant indicators, as well as customer perception index. Finally, the paper explores the related management and the application of practical work through the combining of the network quality assessment system and the actual operating. Then the survey of customer satisfaction is made.Through the research, the writer used the methods of combining the literature research and empirical studies. At the same time, focusing on the theory of practice guidance, the writer set up the basic model of quality indicators on the use of data analysis applications, so that problem has practical significance.
