Ethical Reflection Of The New Era Of Sustainable Consumption Concept

It is an inseparable relation between ethics and human behavior, not only has the motive to pursue the wealth in person's consumer behavior, but has the desire to pursue the non-wealth. In other words, people hope to obtain the satisfaction of material and the promotion of energetic value. It means that the strength of ethics influences the person's consumer behavior definitely. People's consumer activities and process are not only the performance which"the economic force"has an effect, and is also one kind of underlines of its intrinsic value. It is just because ethics idea which is regarded as one kind of unofficial elements and"internalized influence"can influence people's consumer behavior and process, so it will influence and restrict consumer in some kind of degree. It is one concrete manifestation of social morals principle and the standard in expense domain with special spirit demand, and it adjusts and guides people's consumer behavior.We have entered a popular consumer time, and consumer is becoming a universal social problem. But at the same time we should realize that the economic society's development isn't equal with happiness. In this new society, human's ethics morals may be covered by man's desire, and human's non-rational consumer may create disaster,"the SARS"is the best evidence. The wasteful expense, the desirable expense, the objectless expense and so on spread, and it caused serious environmental destruction, unbalanced ecosystem, in fact, we are meeting a survival crisis. So the people begin to realize expense ethics idea should be rebuilt seriously and immediately.The sustainable expense is"an effective prescription"to solve the problem, it is one kind of new expense idea, and it is a further innovation and sublimate. Today, our home is being in the transition period which the economic society is developing, the Communism Party of China 16 Fourth Session proposed the great concept to constructing harmonious society, in this key state, how to construct Sustainable Expense system, how to understand and grasp the key and spirit thoroughly and completely, are so important and serious for economy's development and harmonious society.There 5 parts in this article. First is about consumer's concept, connotation, attribute, and expense theory's evolution. Second researched present expense situation with our national conditions, and found the problems in consumer field. Third is about the basic theory of sustainable expense theory. Fourth part told us the necessity of constructing the sustainable expense theory. The last part is about some suggestions from the concrete aspect.
