The Implement Method For A Pay By Installments System With Innovation In Project Management

Expanding the domestic demand is one of the most important methods for China to reach the goal of economy growing. As an important form of personal credit loan,"Pay by Installments"becomes more and more popular. This paper describes the implement of a IT project of one domestic commercial bank, and introduces a special solution, which not only provides pay by installments to existing customers but also can review loan applications efficiently for new customers, to support this business based on existing credit card system.For this IT project belongs to the commercial bank, its time limit is short and it has many different members, the implement of the project definitely shows the importance of project management. By introducing the IT solution and the development procedure, this paper studies the cause of the difficulties people may meet in the period of project analysis, design and implement and provides the relevant solution. Meanwhile this article also explores the skills of integration about business and IT department when managing IT project in commercial banks. Further more, it argues the points of project quality control and progress control based on closed-loop control theory. According to the reliable connection model of TCP/IP protocol, this article also creates a method for providing effective communication in project team. This paper will be useful for the implement of IT project, especially in commercial banks.
