With the integration of global economy and the rapid development of network economy, the competition among enterprises is not only the competition of market resources and market share, but also the competition of human resources, with its outstanding presentation in the competition of network marketing staff. Network is an over-boundaries system, so there is no strict boundary between an enterprise and consumers, suppliers or distributors, and even the enterprise and the environment. The over-boundaries feature of the network has basically changed the existing marketing pattern and operation way.The network marketing of Internet enterprises is quite complicated, which involves various areas and links of enterprises and which is the most important resource of enterprises and the direct sources of enterprise benefit. The issue to be firstly considered by every enterprise is to justly and fairly weigh and objectively evaluate the achievement of marketing staff so as to improve the satisfaction of enterprise network marketing staff and arouse their initiative to the greatest extent.Aiming at the said problems, this paper has studied deeply the performance appraisal scheme of Changsha CSAI Company by way of the positive research on the basis of analyzing the related characteristics of performance appraisal for Internet enterprises and marketing staff by proceeding from the relevant theories of performance and performance appraisal. A questionnaire survey was conducted firstly to investigate and study the existing problems in the original performance appraisal scheme and an optimization design idea of the performance appraisal scheme was proposed. And then, based on BSC method and the development strategy of the Company, a new set of appraisal scheme was designed in combination with the KPI method. This paper has simultaneously analyzed the necessary conditions for carrying out the performance appraisal scheme and the application of performance appraisal result, too, in order to ensure the fulfillment of this scheme. Finally, the implementation effect of performance appraisal scheme of Changsha CSAI Company is followed up and evaluated, and the conclusion is drawn in this paper.
