In the impact of liberalization and globalization, the economy, national boundaries become increasingly watered down, the world's capital markets become increasingly large-scale flow, a growing number of companies to cross-border use of the knowledge, skills and labor. Chinese enterprises in the development process of the overall strategy, but also with the perspective of globalization and dynamic of its own strategic review with the external environment and its own characteristics, which play the greatest extent of its core competitive advantage, thus maximizing the operating efficiency achieved. This paper is to analyze the internationalization strategy of ZTE, the essence of which is restricted in certain external conditions, the optimal allocation of limited resources of enterprises.Around the above-mentioned arguments, this article from the following four parts discussed:Part one is the backgrounds and practical significance of the paper. In the international context, the Chinese companies into the international arena will be facing new opportunities and challenges. It is very crucial for them to make a suitable international strategy while making good use of the opportunity as well as better balancing the strength and weakness. Moreover, it is very helpful for other Chinese companies to learn from ZTE's experience.Part two is ZTE internationalization motives and the International Review of the course. Motivated by the analysis of the internationalization and the internationalization of the recall process, recognizing that the internationalization is to a specific stage of its development objective choice.Part three is the main body of the paper, which is regarding the SWOT analysis of ZTE's internationalization. Firstly, it analyzes the opportunities and threats from Macroeconomic environment,the competitive environment,industry trends and drivers; Then it analyzes the strength and weakness of ZET's. Based on the above analysis, it points out the International Strategy and International Mode.Part four is the recommendation Part. Core competence is the driving factor of ZTE's international strategy. It gives the recommendations of how to construct a relevant core competence in ZTE's international strategy.
