Jiaxing Kangmei Medical Care Supply,etc(Jiaxing Kangmei Mecical) was founded in March,2007.It is a manufacturer and supplier of I series of medical products,such as many kinds of medical disposable items.After two years development,Jiaxing Kangmei Medical extended the product line,and built the market and channel.Like most new companies,Jiaxing Kangmei Medical has to face a lot of problems and challenges.How to lead the company to survive in the industry where full of competitors and get better development has become the key question that Jiaxing Kangmei Medical's leaders have to seriously consider.The thesis combines theories of strategy with the characteristics of new companies,proving that new companies need strategy and strategy management.All the study about this paper is based on Strategic Management.After exploring the exterior environment and internal environment of Jiaxing Kangmei Medical Care Supply,etc,the thesis carries out a systematic analysis.Based on the analysis,the thesis describes the general strategy,business competition strategy,and the strategy supporting measures for Jiaxing Kangmei Medical's future development.The first part discusses the background and objective of the whole thesis,briefly introducing the general ideas,framework and methodology of the paper.The second part contains three chapters.It analyzes the macro environment, industry environment,and the enterprises itself.At the macro environment analysis, the thesis mainly discusses the impact of policies and laws,macro economy,society, technology and globalization.At the industry level,the thesis mainly discusses the main characteristics of the industry,major trends,industry forecasts,the key to success,etc.At the enterprise level,the thesis mainly discusses the products,markets, human resources,internal management and other aspects.The third part contains two chapters.Based on the analysis of the second part, the thesis discusses the Jiaxing Kangmei Medical's requirement to strategy management with considering and operating a variety of analysis models,and gives the company some useful suggestions on the next 3-5 years' strategy.Further more, the thesis discusses and gives the suggestions on the supporting measures of strategy, such as quality control system,R & D control system,human resources and corporate culture.Finally,the fourth part summarizes the whole article,and points out the innovation and weaknesses of the thesis.
