It suggested that the new round reform of medical and health system had begun, which would have a significant and long-term effect on the entire medical and health system. As intermediate chain of medical and health system, the circle medicine enterprises will face unprecedented challenge and development opportunity. On the other hand, dramatic changes have taken place on the circle pharmaceutical enterprises in recent years. The enterprises are moving toward large-scale, modernization and information direction and adopting advanced logistics management idea called "Supply Chain Logistics Management". At the same time, the government enacts some important policy, such as reducing of drug price, division of medical treatment and drug sale, exploitation on country market and GSP certification etc. Thus the thesis discusses the financing strategy for the circle pharmaceutical industry based on the complex survival environment.The thesis mainly discusses four aspects about the financing strategy. First is introducing the four stages and individual features in the circle pharmaceutical enterprises and comparing the differences between the domestic and overseas industry. Second is discussing the primal financing pathway and strategy. Third is the situation and question of financing modes. Fourth is analyzing two of typical financing modes and introducing the positive effect. Through the above discussion, we can conclude that the large-scale and high competition trend is inevitable for the pharmaceutical industry. It is necessary to select proper financing mode, reduce the financing cost and improve financing efficiency for preparing the future growth of the listed company, facing the foreign capital threat.
