Jiangyong County Rural Infrastructure Financing Innovative Research

This paper is about the rural infrastructure of Jiangyong county financing research and innovation. Through the study, aimed at changing the process of rural infrastructure and long-term existence of the improper allocation of resources, status of lack of funds, local governments can be when the construction of infrastructure in rural areas lack of funds on how to obtain more financing channels providing a valuable theoretical reference. Research ideas in this article are as follows: First a brief on innovative financing rural infrastructure purpose of the study, ignificance and relevance of the study were reviewed at home and abroad, followed by an analysis of Jiangyong County financing needs of rural infrastructure, and then summed up the financing of rural infrastructure abroad experience and enlightenment, and finally from the clarity of property rights, legislation to protect and improve the rural financial system and a service-oriented government to build four counties of rural infrastructure jiangyong innovative ways of financing the system of safeguard measures, the financing of rural infrastructure in three innovative ways: BOT portfolio financing model, the formation of rural development investment companies, construction companies rural enterprises based on collection of the bond issue.
