Sme Board Listed Companies In The Comprehensive Evaluation

The growths of small and medium-sized enterprises in China play a very important role in promoting the development of China's economy. However, due to some subjective and objective reasons, they have to meet various obstacles in the process of growing up and the analysis of its growth and investment value becomes the focus in scientific community. The appearance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board in 2004 not only promote the development of multi-level capital market but also set up a platform for Small and Medium-sized Enterprise financing. This thesis is going to take companies listed on Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board as the main analysis object and evaluate the growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board of listed company by using practical data and demonstration statistical methods.Through adopting combination of standard and demonstration analysis methods, fully absorbing both home and abroad enterprises'growth research findings, taking economics, management science and other concerned course as theoretic guide, this thesis is going to have a deep and systemized research on growth connotation, contributing factors and appraisal index of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise. Firstly, the thesis is going to analyze the growth and character of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board of listed company basing on the definition of growth connotation of this kind of enterprise. Secondly, the thesis is mainly going to discuss the formation of appraisal index system, including (i) analysis of enterprise growth appraisal index system; (ii) appraisal index system formed in this thesis, taking growth performance appraisal and growth influence appraisal index as its main index. Further more, by adopting progression law of sudden change in mathematics and pretreatment core quantitative assessment index, this thesis is going to form growth evaluation model. then, taking 38 Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board of listed companies in 2004 as examples to apply the growth evaluation model formed in this thesis to examine and analyze the appraise result; Lastly, with this growth influence appraisal index, this thesis analyzes the impact of the growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board of listed companies From external factors, management quality, research and innovation capacity, marketing capacity. Finally the paper put forward a model for the evaluation of the deficiencies, and future research directions.
