With the advent of perceptual time consumption, branding has become an important competitive factor, and brand strategy has become the focus of the operator's decision-making. Products at a wide range of smaller enterprises cosmetics how to effectively manage multiple brands, set up scientific and effective brand structure, set up a reasonable brand strategy, and ultimately to promote enterprise to achieve its development strategies, has become a mission can not be ignored.This article has started from the theoretical study of brand management and application of multi-brand, and introduced the development of "the godfather of world brand management, " said P & G's multi-brand. And then separately from product, price, distribution, dissemination of four aspects of the system, the specific analysis of P & G's multi-brand marketing mode, and put all the brand implementation plan from the perspective of brand management evaluation. By comparing the P & G brand marketing of many successful models, found that cosmetic enterprises in our country multi-brand strategy of the existence question, pointing out that not all businesses are suitable for many brand marketing model. Enterprises in select multi-brand strategy is the premise of the must have and should have cut the time on quantitative analysis, and finally put forward some reasonable proposals.
