First, my thesis relate the significance of the Brand to the shampoo industry. Then,I try to analyze the whole industry. Compare and contrast the Brand Strategy of P&G and Unilever, C-BONS GROUP and Aoni corporate . My thesis also announce the questions of the native enterprises, and point out the right way.The new ideas of the thesis is try to combine the foreign theory of Brand Strategy and native enterprises. The Brand Strategy of the native enterprises should be a long-term way. Pay attention to the position and image of Brand, analysis the Market, choose the appropriate Brand form and extension. There are some practical research used in my thesis, and many other reseach method also be used.
