In this paper,I choseed 1518 observations companies which is listed in Shanghai as a sample. The sample data for each year were used stepwise regression analysis method to study the company size, message type, the audit opinion, the company operating pressure, corporate governance structure and other factors,in order to disclose the impace to the time of the annual report,and to disclose the impact of the most significant factors,and analysis the comparison of March, and April to explore the feasibility to shorten the time of discolsure of Annual Report.Reports showed that in 2006 the most significant factors is the audit opinion. the more serious the audit opinion, the longer the report is required to disclose; in 2007 the most significant factor is the company's operating pressure, pressure and the time of disclosure the annual report is inverse, ST companies is significantly longer than non-ST companies; in 2008 the most significant factor is the company size, company size and the time required to disclosure the annual report is negative correlation, the greater the company size, the shorter the time the annual reports need to disclose, and vice versa.The paper use the correlation analysis method to inspect the reasonable of using the predecessors of asset size as the company. The research shows that in March, in April the company's annual report there is no differences in audit opinion, the company operating pressures,and the company size, so in April the annual report of companies to disclose in advance to the disclosure in March,120 reduced to 90 days is necessary to, is also feasible.
