China's Rural Bank And Insurance Cooperative Research

Co-operation of China's banks and insurance companies began in 1995, after 10 years of experience and selection, bancassurance has gradually been accepted and supported, but in the rural financial system, bancassurance started late and developed slowly. After the initial phase of excitement, today China's rural bank-insurance cooperation is basically at the early stage of development. There have been insurance companies began to enter the rural market, but generally speaking, in the rural financial markets, insurance agencies and insurance are still rather far to go. Therefore, in the current backdrop of building a new socialist countryside, the establishment of a set of solving problems facing to rural area, peasantry and agriculture, financial needs correspond to the effective promotion of the development of rural bank-insurance cooperation system and the significance of the supply of rural finance is particularly important.In this paper, from bancassurance in the theoretical basis of the set to the rural bank-insurance cooperation, it points out that China's rural bank-insurance cooperation should be the function and location. And then from the new rural development, farmers and rural SMEs, rural credit institutions and insurance companies, it addressed in rural areas of Bancassurance in need. Most notably from the risk diversification and the perspective of solving their financing dilemma, there needs rural bank-insurance cooperation in the rural areas. It also analyzes China's rural bank-insurance cooperation's the current situation and major problems. Finally addressed the above issue, we put forward the related countermeasure proposal, such as improving the external legal and regulatory environment and personnel training, establishing the risk diversification mechanism, and so on.
