Innovation Capacity Building Of Local Pillar Industries And Competitive Intelligence System

The development of local pillar industries has an important role in improving China's industrial structure, enhancing the comprehensive economic strength and occupying the international markets. The innovation capability of local pillar industries has a direct impact on the development and competitive advantage of local pillar industries. Therefore, it is an imperative task for local governments in our country to strengthen the innovative capacity and competitiveness of the local pillar industries. At present, in the increasingly fierce market competition environment, competitive intelligence research activities have been extended to national, regional and industry competitive analysis and it has become an important means for the construction of industry innovative capacity. It is of great significance for promoting the technology of local industries innovation capability and market competitiveness. Through research on the local pillar industries competitive intelligence system based-on innovation capacity-building, this thesis solves the problems in local pillar industry innovation capacity construction, so that local industries can grasp the changing domestic and international market trends and direction of innovative development accurately. Thus, they can find the gap with the international industry, and make clear goals and direction to adjust the local pillar industry innovation policy reasonably, and formulate scientific and rational innovative strategies and finally strengthen the construction of innovative ability of local pillar industries. Based on the theory of local pillar industries, technological innovation, and competitive intelligence system, this paper discusses the construction and administration of local pillar industries competitive intelligence system in detail.Based on the analysis and synthesis of domestic and international competitive intelligence systems and technological innovation capability theory and practical experience, this paper, first of all, elaborate on the significance of constructing local pillar industries CIS and the characteristics of competitive intelligence need in the process of local pillar industries innovative capacity-construction; Secondly, this article studies the construction of local pillar industries CIS based on innovative capability from the constructing principles, architecture and overall frame, and discusses the organizational structure, staffing and training, technical support and funding issues in the implementation process of the system; And then it put forward four basic functions of local pillar industries CIS based on innovative capability, that is, evaluation function, diagnostic function, early warning functions and decision support functions. On this basis, this paper discusses the workflow of the four major subsystems, which are key points for the effective functioning of the CIS; Finally, it gives suggestions on how to build local pillar industries CIS based on innovative capacity.
