The Drive To Build The Gear Box Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Nanjing High Special Project Feasibility Study

Feasibility research is the necessary work to make the project investment more scientific, the scientific means to enhance rational utilization of the enterprise, to achieve better economic financial results with less input into a project. It is also the scientific method to make sure the project is technically advanced, economically reasonable, and feasible in construction.This thesis focuses on the Gaote Gearbox Manufacturing Company project planned by China transmission and makes feasibility analysis of the project. By combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and combination of static and dynamic analysis, thorough and deep analysis and research has been carried out for market feasibility, technical feasibility, internal circumstances, production capacity, technical scheme, marketing strategy, price setting, investment estimation, capital raising, cost estimation, sales revenue and taxes. The basic financial statements of the project was given to make analysis of financial indexes including investment return period, net present value, internal rate of return to form a financial appraisal. Finally, the thesis analyzed uncertainty and risk of the project through profit& loss balance method and sensitivity method to make sure the project is economically reliable and the decision is scientific.The research result shows that the Gaote Gearbox Manufacturing Co., Ltd. invested by China transmission can pay back the costs in the expected period and ensure scale production of general purpose gearboxes and development of new products. Considerable economic and social benefit will be achieved after the project is put into production, therefore the project is feasible.
