This paper is based on normative research, integrate with literature Interdisciplinary research, induction research, comparative analysis research, to explore the basic principles and framework design of the enterprise strategic analysis system, give the definition of the enterprise strategic analysis system, note that enterprise strategic analysis system plays an important role for enterprise, create the enterprise strategic environment analysis model and the SVM based intellectual enterprise strategic decision model as the core model of the enterprise strategic analysis system, illustrate the basic principles and design ideas of the enterprise strategic analysis system, complete the detail design of the system and sub module, an d present a system prototype of the enterprise strategic analysis system.By reviewing the strategic analysis theory, find out that there are still some improvements to make. Use the enterprise strategic analysis system to complete the defect of the strategic analysis research. Define the basic principles functions and structure of the enterprise strategic analysis system, Create the enterprise strategic environment analysis model to achieve the complete analysis of the enterprise strategic environment analysis, including Macro-environment analysis model, Industrial environment analysis model and the enterprise internal environment analysis model. Introduce the statistical learning theory (Support Vector Machine) into the decision-making research. Create the SVM based intellectual enterprise strategic decision model. Improve the reliability and validity of strategic decision-making. At last, give the detail design of the enterprise strategic analysis system, and implement the system prototype based on Matlab platform to verify the system.
