Sme Financing Guarantee Mechanism Of Industrial Cluster Environment

Since China's reform and opening, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in China have witnessed a great development. Chinese SMEs play an important role in promoting economic growth, promoting employment,and maintain social stability. However, when we put emphasis on the development of SMEs,we should note that the existence of a large number of SMEs facing financial difficulties, which mainly about that it is difficult to guarantee for SMEs. The problem of financing guarantee about SMEs will seriously restrict security capital accumulation of business, obstacle enterprise development, and have a significant impact on Chinese economy. A large number of economists noted that the development of SMEs under the conditions in the industrial cluster is better, and proposed that industry cluster has tremendous advantages in improving the regional finance environment, enhacing internal business competitiveness, and promoting regional economic growth. These advantages have a positive effect for solving the financing difficulties of SMEsFrom the current situation of SMEs financing secured, we note that the industrial clusters may be a new idea to promote SME financing. Therefore, on the basis of the domestic and foreign research results, this paper will analyze financing mechanism and mode of SMEs on the conditions of industrial cluster, which take use of financial suppression and financial development theory, asymmetric information theory, industrial cluster theory, and network organization theory. Through empirical and standardized methods, this article analysis the correlation between industrial cluster and SMEs financing guarantee problem,and then make a conclusion that the industrial cluster will helpful for SMEs to solve financing and guarantee problems and make some suggestions. The innovation of this paper is that we make the analysis of SMEs financing and guarantee problems with the perspective of industrial cluster.
