With the escalation of competition among enterprises and the intensification of competition for talent, Many companies found that only from the physical level, with high salaries, excellent benefits and excellent working environment to attract talent has not reach the intended purpose.Job satisfaction isn't improved because of work-family satisfaction,so the issue that the companies reduce the sense of work family conflict to improve the job satisfaction is becoming a cutting edge one in human resources management. Domestic and international studies have indicated that there is significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and work family conflict and Work-family conflict is one of the antecedent variables of job satisfaction. Therefore, the thrust of this paper is to find how work-family conflict and family-work conflict act on job satisfaction, and thus through the development of appropriate management systems to intervene to achieve greater job satisfaction.This paper selected corporate middle managers as the object of study.First, the paper reviews on the relevant theoretical research of work-family conflict and job satisfaction. Combing of the work-family conflict in two dimensions and the composition of job satisfaction dimensions, and on this basis, the structural framework and research hypothesis are presented. Secondly, this paper defines the various variables operationally,analyzing and interprete the corporate middle managers, work-family conflict in two dimensions, as well as the dimensions of job satisfaction.Thirdly, through the use of SPSS software, using the method of mathematical analysis to explain the relationship between work-family conflict and the job satisfaction,and according to the conclusions of empirical analysis,the hypotheses presented in this paper will be verified.Last,the conclusion will be presented,thinking that the work-family conflict and family-work conflict influence job satisfaction significantly,and flexible working, work-sharing system,tutoring and providing an informal organizational support strategies and other measures will ease the work-family conflict and improve work satisfaction.
