Into Home Ownership Project Team Performance Evaluation

In recent years, the highly developing of China's economy provide large construction market for estate industry, which brought estate industry both golden opportunity and challenge for their development. Increasingly fierce competition in the real estate market constantly forced enterprises to optimize inefficient management process, in order to improve profitability.As the oprating subject of project management in an estate enterprise, it is of great significance to real estate industry that how to stimulate construction project team. However, nowadays, the research on team incentive evaluation of construction project team is rare. In view of the above, as an employee in Richeng Home, I want to solve the problem of the evaluation to construction project team in this company by this research; on the other hand, we also want to offer theoretical reference to other companies.Based on the line of finding problems and solveing them, first, the paper is to review the relevant theory of project team, in order to improve the ability of identifying and solving problems. Second, the paper cleared existed project team evaluation system and found some problems relied on own work experience and knowledge of the background. Third, the ultimate goal in assessment is motivating employees to achieve corporate strategic goals, so before optimizing Richeng Home construction project team evaluation system, the paper clarified its development strategy, gave designing goals and principles to optimizate the problems found above, and optimized the design at last. Fourth, any practice of project is like an armchair strategist without the completed safeguard. In order to enhance the practical value of this study, the paper puts implementation security into Richeng Home construction project team evaluation system. Fifth, any study has its situational applicability and time & space limitations, neither has this study. Therefore, the study finally presents the limitations and future research prospects.
