Study Of Asset Securitization Legal Issues In The Context Of The Financial Crisis

Asset-based Securitization, which is the most important financial innovation since 1970s, made a great contribution to the development of financial market. However, the eruption of the financial crisis in 2008 has showed its inherent risk. It is necessary to review the Asset-based Securitization.This paper studies on some legal questions of Asset-based Securitization under the background of financial crisis, and makes a series of ideas to improve the Asset-based Securitization.
