Urban Development Of Creative Industries Influencing Factors

Creative industry is developing under the background of the world economy entering into the knowledge-based economy era, which lauding innovation, personal creative and wisdom, emphasizing cultural and the arts, science and technology in the support and promotion of the economy. The scale of creative industry's development has become one of the important signs of measuring on a country or a city's comprehensive competitiveness level. Therefore, it is very important in theoretical and practical significance to study the city creative industry, discuss the two-way interaction between creative industry's development and the city and the effective factors promoting and limiting its development.The subject investigated of this study is the effective factors of the city creative industry's development. First of all, this paper presents the basic concept and content of creative industry and three ways to sector classification of creative industry around the world, which based on creative industry's development theories through literature and induction analysis. Secondly, this paper selects four typical cities in creative industry's development and preliminary study to these cities'development background, effective factors of creative industry's development and the correlation with economy, which using case study approach and qualitative research method. Thirdly, the paper discusses the two-way interaction between development of creative industry and the city. Besides, this paper also analyzes the effective factors of creative industry's development and the internal and external dynamic mechanism on the basis of the new economic growth theory and relevant theories. Based on above research, this paper exploratory proposed the effective factors model of creative industry's development and then validated and modified the model using of empirical method based on SPSS16.0 analysis software. Finally, on the basis of analysis of Xi'an creative industry development, the paper is using of the effective factors model of city creative industry's development to study the effective factors of Xi'an creative industry and propose policy recommendation for the development of creative industry.The paper uses dialectical method from specific to general and back then to the special and on the basis of new economic growth theory, layer by layer analyze the five basic elements effecting on city creative industry's development. Besides, this is not only important theoretical value, but also has important practical significance to research the five basic elements acting on city creative industry and propose the effective factors model of creative industry's development based on principal of dynamics. In particular, as to the development of our country's creative industry and using this as an opportunity to promote the sustainable development of urban economy, upgrade the city and the country's overall competitiveness is particularly important.
