Influencing Factors And Correlation Analysis Of Shaanxi Rural Residents' Income And Consumption Expenditures

According to analysis of changes on income and expenditure for Shaanxi rurual residents, this paper presents every influencing factor, trying to find ways to upgrading current situation and solve problems. In the analysis, regression method and comparative study were made to show relations between income and expenditure of Shaanxi rural residents. In the empirical study, the thesis launches research on the influencing factors of rural residents'income by co-integration test; through ordered multi-category Logistic-regression-model, we research the influencing factors of living expenditure. We find that rural per capita annual net income in Shaanxi have the interrelationships among the course of urbanization in china as well as governments percentage of funds into agriculture, the proportion of the science and technology education culture health expenditure to government's expenditure, and the per-capita motive power of agricultural machinery. What's more, cash receipt and borrowing to living expenses is obvious. Therefore, to increase farmers'income, the government can take measures as follow, increasing agriculture-aid expenditure, improving education conditions and depending on scientific advancement.After farmers'income increasing, the government can further improve the structure of farmers living expenditure by establishment and improvement of rural financial system.
