In the information society today, people contact with the network is intimately, net shopping this new way of shopping in the rapid development of network. the merchant want to achieve a competitive advantage and satisfy our customers are important. this paper expounds chiefly is the study of customer satisfaction that the customers satisfaction the related theory and in the internet shopping satisfaction of the empirical research.The paper firstly introduces the background of customer satisfaction and online shopping research background, this research problems and significance of research at home and abroad, then summarized the research, and introduced the related theory of customer satisfaction, including customer, customer satisfaction, and the relevant theory of the relevant theories. Then introduces the network shopping, the testing methods of customer satisfaction, and then combining the actual situation of the current Internet shopping online shopping satisfaction, established the hypothesis model and the index system.This is the core part, in this part of the empirical part, in part, on the network to build shopping satisfaction index system, and has carried on the questionnaire designed in xian four university of finance and economics, and has carried on the questionnaire survey to survey data were summarized, analyzed the present online shopping, the influence factors and the network shopping satisfaction. Finally, combined with the data obtained in front and practical situation of online shopping behavior, is analyzed.
