Study Of The Behavior Of Private Entrepreneurs And Firm Performance

In today's economic society which develops at such a high speed,private enterprise's success depends on the private entrepreneur.Entrepreneur's behavior is the power of enterprise's development , which is one of the active elements of production.By deeply influencing the cultural idea,management and the efficiency of resources,it decides the enterprise performance.So Entrepreneur's behavior becomes the focus more and more.At present based on new system economics scholars study how to guide the entrepreneur's behavior in property rights,incentive and constraint mechanism,making the personal interest meet with the enterprise benefit and maximize the enterprise benefit.Seeking the relation between the entrepreneur's behavior and the enterprise performance is of great significance in improving the private entrepreneur's behavior,enhancing the private enterprise performance,consummating the theory of entrepreneur's behavior and instructing the private enterprise to develop quickly and healthily.After reviewing a large amount of relevant literatures,the paper summarizes the points of the former studies.Then the paper studies the relation between the entrepreneur's behavior and the enterprise performance according to the characteristics,effect,nature and impact of the factors.the paper poses the theoretical model and supposition in seven dimensions of decision-making,management,relationships,learning,opportunity,innovation and social responsibility,then proposes some suggestions on improving the private entrepreneur's behavior.Firstly,the paper analyzes the entrepreneur's behavior from four angles of view about organization,market,opportunism and human capital.Secondly,the paper defines the private entrepreneur's behavior,elaborates the characteristic and function and analyzes the essence and influencing factor of it.Thirdly,the paper discusses the influence that the private entrepreneur's behavior impresses on the enterprise performance..Finally,the paper conducts empirical study.It verifies the validity and reliability by using project analysis,factor analysis and anova analysis,testifies the correlated hypotheses as well as proposes some suggestions on improving the private entrepreneur's behavior.The conclusions are as follows:the entrepreneur's behavior has relations with the enterprise performance.Decision-making behavior,innovation behavior,managing behavior,learning behavior,relationships behavior have a significantly positive impact on enterprise performance,while the social responsibility behavior doesn't have a significantly positive impact on the potential performance and have a significantly positive impact on competitive performance.According to the level of relevance the opportunity behavior,relationships behavior and management behavior contribute more to the enterprise performance.The entrepreneur's different working years and the different stages of the enterprise have a significantly impact on the entrepreneur's behavior.
