The year 2008 has been tremendously significant in regards to economics in China as well as on a global level. In 2008, the real estate in China has experienced the ablutions of constrictive policies and an oppressive economic situation. As most consumers have been anticipating prices to drop, small medium enterprises are unable to run business, land has been left unsold, and numerous sale strategies have arisen. This year's real estate market, "control" sound was underway, and the control method and has some similarities to the 2008. Facing this situation, and with the guidance of my mentor, the author, who has been studying and into this area, wrote this essay. On the one hand, the author tries to understand consumer demand, follow the trend of competitors, scientifically plan projects, complete the product designs, produce residential buildings in accordance with the market demand, and sell them in order to achieve the withdrawal of funds from circulation by the expected time. At the same time guarantee the basic enterprise profits and establish the brand image of product and enterprise, make sure the sustainable development of enterprise. On the other hand, through the studying, the author not only know the knowledge of "holistic marketing", but also know how to apply it in the practice, of course for the author's future work, it lays the foundation for achieving coaching leader.Based on macro-policy and industrial environment analysis, project-area market analysis and analysis of the capability of enterprises, the article discovered a character that could accord for the differentiation of products by consumers. The author aims to satisfy the self-worth of consumers with unique appearance and house structure, as well as luxurious decorations. Meanwhile, according to traditional management analysis, the author creates a creative product and has already set up the price, selling strategies, and relevant guarantees to attract consumers.
